The Merryvital success path was created to illustrate your business growth and direct your economic empowerment. Our success path includes a series of titles and qualifications that are connected to your earnings.
Our success path recognizes three distinct Consultant actions: selling, team building, and mentoring. As you advance in title and your team grows, the emphasis you place on each action will change accordingly to increase the potential of your monthly earnings.
There are two kinds of titles in the success path: Career titles and Paid-as titles.
Your Career Title is your recognition title.
Your Paid-As Title is the title that determines the bonuses you are paid and can change from period to period based on your accomplishments.
Personal Sales are the combined monthly sales from your Customers’ purchases and your own orders. Up to 300 PS from your own orders can count towards your monthly Title qualifications.
Downline Sales are the combined monthly sales from your entire downline (including their Customers), your Customers, and all of your own personal purchases.
A Qualifying Leg is a leg that meets the requirements for a specific title qualification. For example, to qualify as a Gold Manager, you you need at least two legs each with a total of 1,500 in Downline Volume or, to be qualified as a Gold Leader, you need three Legs that each have at least one Consultant paid as a Gold Manager or higher title in the month.
In order to be qualified as a Gold Leader or higher, you must have at least one new Consultant promote to a first-generation Platinum Manager every 12-month rolling period.
To define Leg Building Volume, let’s first introduce the concept of a volume source. A volume source is the part of your organization where you have sales volume. Your Personal Sales is your first volume source. Each leg in your downline is also a volume source.
Let’s suppose you have three legs. Your Leg Building Volume is your total Downline Sales, excluding the volume source with the most volume. In this example, Leg 1 has the most volume and would be excluded. Your Personal Sales and the sales volume from Leg 2 and Leg 3 would be combined to calculate your Leg Building Volume.
