When you advance to Platinum Manager for the first time within your first full six months, you will earn €500 to celebrate your success.
When a Consultant in your downline qualifies for an Advancement Bonus, and you are the first upline with a Career Title of Platinum Manager or higher, you will earn a €500 matching bonus, provided you are also paid as a Platinum Manager or higher that same month.
Your first full six months includes the month you enroll as a Consultant and continues through the following six full months.
