Generation Commissions reward you for your leadership in mentoring the Consultants throughout your entire downline. Your leadership can be a great earning opportunity for you.
When you are paid as a Silver Leader or higher title, you can earn up to 3% on the commissionable value of the sales from entire generations that develop in your downline, through six generations. The number of generations and the commission percentages you earn are based on your Paid-As Title.
These commissions are paid in addition to any other commissions or bonuses you might already be earning.
A Generation is a team that has formed below you. A new Generation is created when a Consultant anywhere in your downline reaches a career title of Platinum Manager or higher and includes their entire team down to, but not including the next career title Platinum Manager or higher.
In this example, you are paid as a Gold Leader in the month and earn commissions on the commissionable value from two generations of Consultants in your organization.
As a Gold Leader you earn 3% on the sales on your Generation 1, and 2% on your Generation 2.
You earn Generation Commissions in addition to any other commissions or bonuses you already qualify to earn on these sales.
